The Hair Cuttery at the Shops at Borders is moving from its current location (marked with a 1) to a location a few doors down (marked with a 2). Its old location will be taken up by the Raymour and Flanigan Outlet Store that is currently being built. Unfortunately the future R&F store is surrounded by fencing so I couldn't get a good picture of the construction going on inside.

Hair Cuttery has signed on to move into the building currently being built at Renaissance Square (see below), so I believe this must be a temporary move.

According to the letter I received from corporate, it will remain closed until 'Fall 2018'. The timing of the closure corresponds with the opening of the new Aldi in Voorhees, on Route 73.

I documented earlier in the week about Nene's Market, an Italian Deli soon to occupy the space on the first floor of the Apartments at Main Street. After publishing a blog post about it, entitled "Nene's Market and Queen Bee coming to Marlton...", I wondered if I had a misplaced apostrophe. The logo on their website does not have an apostrophe.
But the sign on their front window does. These are the things that keep me up at night. :)

They have started clearing land for the new Republic Bank to be built on Greentree Road, next to CVS. I previously wrote in detail about that when it was approved at the Planning Board in June.

Construction is about to being for the new Mission BBQ on Route 73, in the same parking lot with Bertucci's. I previously wrote about that here. Look for an opening in late 2018 or early 2019.
