There is an Evesham Township Planning Board meeting on 8/16/2018 at 7 pm in the Municipal Building. This meeting is open to the public. While there are four items on the agenda, I will only call attention to two of them. The full agenda is available here.
The first agenda item is for Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval for redevelopment at the Harvest House property. From what has been talked about in the past, the proposal will likely be to pick up the Harvest House and move it closer to the road. A new 4 story, 51 unit apartment complex will be built behind it. There will be some affordable units contained within the project, set in the Redevelopment Plan at 15%. The parking lot and landscaping will be merged with the parking lot for the Apartments at Main Street on the next lot.
The design that was presented to Town Council in September 2017 is shown below. I do not know whether any changes have been made to it, but expect something similar. The overall town-wide Redevelopment Plan was altered in June 2018 to allow for a four story building - the previous restriction had been 3 stories.
As Final Site Plan approval is being requested, assuming it is granted, construction can start shortly thereafter.
Also on the agenda is "to reconfigure lot line and to redevelop the property" at 17 and 19 Cooper Avenue. During the June 2018 Planning Board meeting I previously referenced, the Redevelopment Plan was also changed to allow redevelopment on the East side of Cooper Avenue. My blog prior to that meeting details the changes that were made and what kind of development could follow.
I don't really know what "to reconfigure lot line and to redevelop the property" means. The properties in questioned are shown below, directly behind the Franco's/Produce Junction Shopping. Center.
It is possible these two agenda items are related. When the new 51 unit apartment complex was presented to Town Council last September, included were plans for an offsite drainage basin. While this picture isn't of the best quality, its possible the 2nd item is explained within it.
