After 21 years, Fleet Feet at Marlton Crossing has announced they will be closing. A statement from the owners, Rob and Patti Calega, was posted on Facebook announcing the news: "After careful thought and consideration, we have decided to close the store and retire from retail. We will be closing on or about November 30th. We want to thank all of our loyal customers and the community for your support over the last 21 years. We have made so many friends and a lifetime of wonderful memories. We could not have done it without you! We are grateful for your patronage. We look forward to our next adventure, but will miss all of you!" Good luck to them in whatever comes next!
Back in October, Mattress Firm, a chain of approximately 3600 mattress stores nationwide, filed for bankruptcy. They own two locations in Marlton, one at the old Marlton Circle, and another next to Trader Joe's. The location next to Trader Joe's closed last week.

The refacing at Meetinghouse Square appears appears to be completed. In addition, Randolph's Bakery got a new sign.
Construction of the new Starbucks and Pizza Hut at the old Papa John's location continues. It appears that the outside construction is just about complete and the inside of the building can begin. Store #3 has multiple sets of front doors leading into it. I think there are two possibilities. Either an extra large retail establishment will be there, or that location isn't fully leased yet. After they lease it and determine what size stores are needed, interior walls will be added to separate the stores.

1) Starbucks 2) and 3) are unknown at this point, though a Pizza Hut will be in one or part of one of them |

The top map below was taken from the leasing agent's website several weeks ago, showing the vacancy where Pet Supplies Plus was located (and most recently occupied by Halloween City).
The bottom map was taken today from the leasing agent's website. Store 7 is the Parlour Room. I reached out to them but did not hear back.
