While I usually don't like to announce new restaurants until I can get official confirmation, I saw the notebook below inside the storefront between the new Pizza Hut and the not yet opened Lavender Mani Pedi. It is a notebook from the Dover Construction Company for a recently completed project to constuct a Habit Burger in Gaithersburg, MD. Dover Construction also recently completed Habit Burgers in Eatontown and Edgewater, NJ. Currently, the closest Habit Burger is on Haddonfield Road in Cherry Hill. I can't think of any reason for that notebook to be in that storefront unless Habit Burger is moving in. So either we are getting a new Habit Burger, or someone is playing an awesome prank on me. Well played!
Construction in the rest of the shopping center continues. Lavender Mani Pedi has put up signs announcing "Coming Soon" and "Pedicure $15". (I have no idea if that is a good price.)

The Valero Gas Station and Convenience Store on the corner of Route 70 and Cropwell Road had announced they would be closing on April 13th. While they managed to stay open an extra week, they are now closed. Back on April 18th, they brought some PODS on to their site.
Those PODS are now located in front of the old Radio Shack. They have announced their intention to move the convenience store operation there. As of right now, there are no permits on the front door of Radio Shack, and the inside looks exactly the same as when Radio Shack closed 2 years ago.
Meanwhile, construction crews are on site at Valero to dig up the underground gas tank. After that is completed, the building will be knocked down, and a
new Chase Bank will be built in its place.
Adam Strong has placed their new sign up at Marlton Greene Shopping Center. They have announced a Spril 2019 opening.

Dragonflies & Ladybugs Consignment on North Maple Avenue has closed. In its place, a doggie spa, Diva Dog, will be opening. Diva Dog is relocating from Main Street.

I have no updates for retail at Renaissance as there doesn't seem to be much happening. And no activity at either future Royal Farms locations.
