8/10/2018 - Bagel Store Under New Ownership, Revive Yoga Updates, New Book Store (?), Sprouts and more pictures from around town

Free World Bagels has new owners, and there are small signs on the door announcing their new name - Skyy's The Limit Bagels.  I had a chance to speak with Kim LeFevre who along with her husband Greg now own the establishment.  Greg has been the baker at Free World since it opened 7 years ago.  They plan on continuing the output of quality bagels and plan on getting more involved in the local community.  Congratulations and good luck in the new endeavor.

Last blog post, I reported that Revive Yoga will be opening in Crispin Square.  I heard from Paul Lopresti, who along with his wife are the co-owners of Revive.   She has been teaching yoga for almost 7 years and he has been teaching for 4 years.  Prior to that, he was a martial arts instructor for 28 years, including a few years in Marlton at Club Shotokan in the Staples Shopping Center.  They plan to offer hot yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Buti Yoga, as well as yoga for kids.

Construction should begin this coming week.  I'll be sure to post photos.

It looks like a new bookstore may be coming to the former Med's n More location at the Shoppes at Elmwood.  One wall of the store is lined with Ikea shelving units, and the store is full of boxes of books.  Looking at the titles, I didn't see any common genre that would indicate it might be a specialty shop - there were books about sports, dieting, computer programming, etc.

The Shops at Borders
Signs are up on the old Border's and at the street showing the arrival of Spirit Halloween.  No word yet on a grand opening date.

As I previously noted, the Hair Cuttery will be moving across the parking lot closer to the old Borders.  It looks like their new space is almost ready.

Signs went up this week for Bacharach Rehabilitation and Atlanticare Urgent Care and both have recently opened in front of Franco's.

Construction continues at Burlington Coat Factory, making way for the new Sprouts Farmers Market.  I'm still confused as to what exactly they are doing with the floor plan

Back room of Burlington Coat Factory, off limits to customers

Outer wall demolished, but new interior wall was erected?  About 10 feet between outer and inner walls.
If you missed the announcement of Sprouts you can read about it here, or you can read about my visit to a Sprouts in Denver here.

Rear of new Starbucks.  Note the number of back doors (6).  Possible indicator of how many other stores will share the new building?
